  • 1 pkg (6 oz) Casbah® Tabouli Mix
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) Casbah® Falafel Mix
  • 2 tbsp tahini paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt and garlic powder
  • 24 mini pita breads, split
  • 3/4 cup prepared hummus


  1. Prepare tabouli and falafel mixes according to package directions.
  2. Gradually whisk 1/4 cup water and lemon juice into tahini paste until smooth. Stir in salt and garlic powder.
  3. Divide hummus among pita breads. Add a falafel ball and tabouli to each. Drizzle with tahini. Cap with remaining top half of pita bread.
