Ingredients
- 1 pkg (6 oz) Casbah® Tabouli Mix
- 1 pkg (10 oz) Casbah® Falafel Mix
- 2 tbsp tahini paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt and garlic powder
- 24 mini pita breads, split
- 3/4 cup prepared hummus
Directions
- Prepare tabouli and falafel mixes according to package directions.
- Gradually whisk 1/4 cup water and lemon juice into tahini paste until smooth. Stir in salt and garlic powder.
- Divide hummus among pita breads. Add a falafel ball and tabouli to each. Drizzle with tahini. Cap with remaining top half of pita bread.
