Shipping Policy

Casbah Shipping Policy

All orders require a 2-3 day processing time.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped between Mondays and Fridays only. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that we currently only ship to the USA. This means that we do not ship to Canada or any other international country for the moment. Rest assured that we are working hard to increase our shipping capabilities to other countries as well.

Please note that we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Once the package is in the hands of USPS, Casbah Natural Foods has no control over shipping and transit times. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We will not be responsible for spoilage of perishable items if the recipient is not available to receive the package(s). If an order item is damaged during shipping, is incorrect, or missing, you must immediately contact Casbah Natural Foods.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the requested items are not available or out of stock.
