- 1 1/3 cups cooked Casbah® Organic Couscous
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mango puree (approx. 2 large mangos)
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup gluten free granola
- ¼ mango, diced
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Cook the Casbah® Organic Couscous according to package instructions. Stir in the maple syrup and fresh lemon juice.
- Using a high speed blender or food processor, cut up the mangos and blend until smooth to make the mango puree.
- Divide all the ingredients between 8 jars or bowls and drizzle with additional maple syrup if desired.
