A perfect day begins with a nourishing breakfast featuring these Mango Parfaits using our Organic Couscous.

  • 1 1/3 cups cooked Casbah® Organic Couscous
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mango puree (approx. 2 large mangos)
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup gluten free granola
  • ¼ mango, diced
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice


  1. Cook the Casbah® Organic Couscous according to package instructions. Stir in the maple syrup and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Using a high speed blender or food processor, cut up the mangos and blend until smooth to make the mango puree.
  3. Divide all the ingredients between 8 jars or bowls and drizzle with additional maple syrup if desired.
