- You’re welcome to change it to make only 4 servings by halving all the ingredients below.
- 1 package Casbah® Organic Quinoa
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (or a dairy free alternative)
- 4 kiwis, diced
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup gluten free granola
- ½ cup crushed pecans
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Cook the Casbah® Organic Quinoa according to package instructions. Stir in the maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Divide all the ingredients between 8 bowls and drizzle with additional maple syrup until desired sweetness is achieved.
