  • You’re welcome to change it to make only 4 servings by halving all the ingredients below.


  • 1 package Casbah® Organic Quinoa
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (or a dairy free alternative)
  • 4 kiwis, diced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup gluten free granola
  • ½ cup crushed pecans
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon


  1. Cook the Casbah® Organic Quinoa according to package instructions. Stir in the maple syrup and cinnamon.
  2. Divide all the ingredients between 8 bowls and drizzle with additional maple syrup until desired sweetness is achieved.
