Quinoa & Brown Rice – Herb & Garlic
Casbah® Quinoa & Brown Rice Blend is a good source of ﬁber and is a delicious alternative to traditional pasta and white rice. Casbah® Quinoa & Brown Rice Blend cooks completely in about 20 minutes. This blend is great tasting and nutritious on its own or could be served as an accompaniment to your main dishes.
- Bring 1 ¾ cups of water or broth to a boil.
- Stir in contents of package and reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and grain is tender.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 3 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
